What is a community? A accord is a group of individuals linked together by underlying similarities much as culture, race, geographic location, economic status, geezerhood grouping, sexual orientation, and gender. These similarities change a community’s members. For this reason, the issues or concerns that grappling a given accord tends to hit a significant affect on the lives of its members. Whether it be fighting against police savagery of minorities in the urban intrinsic cites, protesting the moving of convicted sexual predators into a given neighborhood, improving the playground at the topical region school, or lobbying politicians for an increase in minimum wage, accord members are often called upon to lead. All of us belong to a small digit community, but most often we fall into many different communities. The question, however is-Are we truly answering the call of leadership when our communities need us to take action?

Are we doing what is necessary to make trusty that our communities’ needs are existence met, just as we would make trusty our family’s needs were existence met?
